ADI InOut Hospitality Design Award 2026
From 14 to 16 October, NodoItalia took part in InOut, the trade fair dedicated to hospitality, held in Rimini as a guest of Wellness Design magazine, sharing a stand with Jacuzzi and Megius. Within this setting, the company was selected by the Jury of ADI Emilia Romagna to receive the ADI InOut Hospitality Design Award 2026, instituted by ADI, Associazione per il Disegno Industriale, together with InOut | The Hospitality Community, to honour excellence in design for hospitality.
The award recognises Zip 2026, reinterpreted by Antonio Marras: a collection titled Il mare dove non si tocca, the sea that cannot be touched. NodoItalia received the prize ex aequo with Jacuzzi and Culligan Italia among the product category winners. For the brand, the recognition carries a further value: it also stands as a preselection for the Compasso d’Oro 2027.
The Jury’s motivation reads: “For skilfully reinterpreting archetypal production techniques, adapting them to a contemporary aesthetic language and applying them across a varied and extensive range of products.”
It is a reading that matches how NodoItalia works. Within its own workshops, the brand returns to techniques with history behind them and asks them new questions, shaping yarn and weave into a vocabulary that moves easily across an entire range of pieces. With Antonio Marras, that vocabulary gains a further voice, one where craft, memory, and a contemporary eye meet without losing either.
This first award is a confirmation of the path NodoItalia has chosen to follow, and a reason to keep walking it with the same attention.
